Liora is a self-care brand inspired by the harmony of nature and intention. Each product is crafted with natural plant oils and gentle actives to nourish, restore, and elevate your daily rituals.
Are Liora products natural or organic?
Liora products are made with high-performing natural oils and Ecocert/COSMOS-certified actives where possible. We focus on safe, effective ingredients—always free from mineral oil, parabens, silicones, and artificial coloring.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Liora products are never tested on animals, and our ingredient partners uphold the same values.
Section 2: PRODUCT USE & RITUALS
What is the difference between the Radiance Nourishing Oil and the Radiance Shower Oil?
The Radiance Nourishing Oil is a fast-absorbing body oil that deeply hydrates and softens skin after your shower, while the Radiance Shower Oil transforms from oil to a delicate milky lather that cleanses without stripping. Together, they form the perfect daily duo for luminous, supple skin.
Can I use the body oil on my face or hair?
While formulated for the body, our oil blend is gentle enough for dry ends or occasional facial use—especially on non-sensitive skin. Always patch-test before use.
Can I use the Shower Oil on my scalp?
While formulated for the body, our shower oil is gentle enough for cleansing the scalp—especially on non-sensitive skin. Always patch-test before use.
Can men use Liora oils?
Absolutely. Liora oils are gender-neutral in performance, formulated for anyone who appreciates quality skincare, natural fragrances and comfort.
How should I store my oils?
Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat. A cool, dry space will help preserve their natural scent and potency.
What is the shelf life of your products?
As our products are made with natural ingredients and without preservatives, our oils are best used within 6 months after opening to enjoy their freshness and full sensory profile.
SECTION 3: SAFETY & SUITABILITY
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. We select non-comedogenic, gentle oils suitable for most skin types, including sensitive and dry skin. If you have eczema or psoriasis, start with a small patch test and consult your dermatologist for peace of mind.
Are Liora products pregnancy-safe?
In general, our formulations are made with natural plant oils and essential oils in safe concentrations. However, as every pregnancy is unique, we recommend consulting your doctor before use.
SECTION 4: ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Malaysia.
How long does shipping take?
Orders within Malaysia typically arrive within 3–5 working days once dispatched. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your parcel.
How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate of RM12 across Malaysia, and free shipping for purchases above RM250. International rates will be calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not available at the moment. We currently ship within Malaysia only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@lioraformulations.com.
SECTION 5: RETURNS, EXCHANGES & SUPPORT
What is your return policy?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. We will replace the affected item or offer a refund/store credit depending on the situation. Please email us at hello@lioraformulations.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel, along with your order number and clear photos. Our team will assist you right away.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to hygiene and product integrity, we can only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please reach out to our team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry to hear that. Please email hello@lioraformulations.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel, along with your order number and clear photos. Our team will assist you right away.
