Thank you for shopping with Liora. We want you to love your experience with our Radiance oils. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and personal-care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used.

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. We will replace the affected item or offer a refund/store credit depending on the situation.

Eligibility for Return/Replacement

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged or leaking
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has visible defects upon arrival

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Please allow 5–7 working days for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased during promotions, sales, or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Items from Founding Circle or pre-launch testing batches

Exchanges

At this moment, we cannot support product exchanges unless the item received was incorrect or clearly damaged.
