Shipping policy

We aim to get your products to you safely and promptly.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Providers

We work with trusted courier partners in Malaysia.
Tracking information will be sent to your email or phone once your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
East Malaysia: 5–10 working days
(Delivery may vary during peak seasons.)

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and courier availability.

Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed parcels

You may request for it to be resent by paying a re-delivery fee. Refunds for orders returned to us are not offered unless the error was on our side.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the parcel and product
    We will assist with a replacement depending on the situation.

International Shipping

Not available at the moment. We currently ship within Malaysia only.
